File contains black-and-white photographs of inmates printed from glass negatives made in 1912. Seventeen negatives were in too poor condition to make prints. Additional black-and-white photographs (ca. 1880-1941) of institutional buildings and activities (e.g., farm work; shoe shop; sewing room) are included along with job applicant and nursing school graduation photographs.
